Arya Villa Heritage
Aryavilla Heritage is a traditional villa located just in 2 minutes walking distance from the steps to Varkala Beach, sea view restaurants, taxi stand and authentic shops. Papanasam Beach and Black Beach is also in a walking distance.
We have total 14 rooms and can provide accommodation in our hotel for 28-31 people, so it is suitable for group yoga tours and retreats.
Accommodations
Our hotel has 2 buildings. In one of them we have 6 Standard double rooms with ceiling fan (3 on the top floor and 3 on the ground) and 2 Balcony double rooms with AC. In another building we have 6 rooms, all of them have balcony/terrace, 2 of them with AC, other with ceiling fan.
Standard Double Room
Standard double rooms have beds with linens, towels, ceiling fan, wardrobe with mirror, attached bathroom with shower and free toiletries.
Double/Triple Balcony Room
Double/Triple balcony room has beds with linens and pillows, towels, mirrors, cloth rack, ceiling fan, attached bathroom with shower and free toiletries, balcony or terrace.

One of the best place to stay in varkala, even though we cant see the beach from here , cliff is pretty close (50 meters). We peps of 8 stayed for one day with very affordable price. Open terrace is just awesome with party lights. We enjoyed staying in Aryavilla and looking forward to stay in future also 🤩.
Had a very good and happy stay. Suresh Chetta was down to earth and kind. They didn’t charge a penny extra. They also arranged a room to refresh for our emergency even after our checkout. Rooms were very neat and the breakfast was good too.
We did stay 2 days in this hotel. We feel safe and comfortable.All staff are so friendly and humble. This hotel safe couples and families. We did have train at 9pm clock but room check out is time 12pm but they did allow to stay . They did arrange another room for waiting but they didn’t charges for it.
