Aryavilla Heritage is a traditional villa located just in 2 minutes walking distance from the steps to Varkala Beach, sea view restaurants, taxi stand and authentic shops. Papanasam Beach and Black Beach is also in a walking distance.

We have total 14 rooms and can provide accommodation in our hotel for 28-31 people, so it is suitable for group yoga tours and retreats.

We have a rooftop will a little bit of sea view, it has only one small part closed, other - under open air from where you can see plenty of stars at night. Yoga practise and meditation can be comfortably done there in early morning hours till 8:30 am and after 5 pm when it is not too hot. Also we have a hall and common dining area where people can gather together. Free WiFi access is available.
