Bookings & Payments

• A 50% advance payment of the total stay is required to confirm your booking. If no advance payment is made, rooms/cottages will be provisionally held and allocated only if available upon your arrival. Priority will be given to those who pay in advance.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment details.
• Prices, taxes and other fees may vary depend on dates, occupancy, promotions and current situation.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Arrivals before 8:00 AM will be charged as an extra night.

Guest Identification

• All guests must present a valid original ID at check-in (Passport, AADHAAR, Driving licence).
• For foreign nationals originals of Passport + Visa with arrival stamp or Passport + OCI required.

Children

Children below 8 years old may stay free while using existing beds.

Children aged 8 years and above are considered adults for accommodation purposes and will be charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation done via this website are non refundable.

Cancellation terms for bookings done via other OTA depend on property and platform where it was done, please refer to the booking source.

Rates & Taxes

Room rates, taxes, and other charges may change without prior notice. Applicable government taxes will be added where required.

Stay Rules for Guests

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave for inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities, or violation of hotel rules.
